Our story
Octorvia started around six months ago, from a simple observation: small, hands-on local businesses were being left behind by AI tools that were quickly becoming standard everywhere else. For the first several months, there was no website at all — we reached out to businesses directly, arranged calls, and booked clients through direct conversation alone. It was only in the last month that we built octorvia.com itself, once there was a genuine service worth showing rather than just describing.
What we believe
We believe small businesses deserve the same hands-on attention as a trusted local supplier, not the anonymous, ticket-based support of a faceless agency. That's why Octorvia runs as a deliberately lean, focused operation — mainly one person, with occasional sales support from others working on commission — rather than a large team spread thin across too many clients. Every assistant we build, we build and maintain personally.
