Who we are
This policy covers octorvia.com, operated by Octorvia. If you have any questions about how your information is handled, contact us at business@octorvia.com.
What we collect, and why
We don't have user accounts, logins, or passwords anywhere on this site. The only information we handle falls into three categories:
- Contact form submissions. If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, and whatever message you write. This is processed via our form provider, Formspree, and sent directly to us so we can reply to your enquiry. We don't use it for anything beyond responding to you and keeping basic business records.
- The interactive demo. If you type a question into the live AI demo on this site, that message is sent to an AI model (via Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate a reply. These messages are used only to produce a response in the moment — they aren't linked to your identity, and we don't build a profile from them. Basic technical data (like your IP address) is used briefly and automatically to prevent spam/abuse of the demo, not to identify or track you personally.
- Standard technical logs. Like virtually any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. This is standard infrastructure-level logging, not something we actively review or use for marketing.
Third-party services we use
A few external services help this site function, each with their own privacy practices:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA — helps prevent spam submissions on our contact form. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and powers the interactive demo. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Payments
This website does not process or store any payment or card details. If you become a client, payment for services is arranged directly and separately between you and Octorvia (for example, by invoice or bank transfer) — not through this site.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't use advertising trackers or build marketing profiles. We don't share your contact form details with third parties beyond the service providers listed above, who process it solely to help us operate this site.
How long we keep information
Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records, after which they may be deleted. Demo conversation messages are not retained in any way that's linked back to you personally.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email business@octorvia.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally as the site or our practices change. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
